A Rare Closed Reduction of Posterolateral Dislocation with Medial Collateral Ligament (MCL) Injury : A Case Report

Introduction: Irreducible posterolateral dislocation of the knee is a rare condition. Due to limited reports available, it common dilemma whether closed reduction should be attempted at all or an open surgery only method. “Dimple Sign'' can found in presence injured medial structure, including collateral ligament rupture (MCL), failure recognize this sign may lead repeated attempts close manual where could secondary soft tissue injuries. Case Report : In study we present 50 years old male with successful attempt combined tendon repair for MCL rupture. Conclusion: This add more perspective and beneficial similar cases prompt not possible considered.
